Terms and Conditions
The pitches are ready for check in from 15.00 on the day of arrival and check-out must be no later than13:00 on departure day. Out of season arrival may be earlier if the pitch is available, and departure must be no later than 16:00, if there is no arrival to the pitch.

Rentals are ready for check-in from 15.00 on the day of arrival and check-out must be no later than 11:00 on departure day. Dogs are allowed -  fee DKK 300, - per dog per stay (dogs are not allowed in the rooms ). Dogs must not be left alone in the rental unit. Use of bed linen is mandatory -  can either be rented at the reception or you can bring it yourself. (bed linen is included in double rooms) Booking of linen is recommended. All rentals require a valid camping card that can be ordered online through our website or purchased on arrival. In Ascension and Pentecost the minimum rent is 2 nights. Rental caravans can only be rented from Saturday to Saturday during period A. All rental units are non-smoking .

Prices are subject to changes in ticket prices at LEGOLAND and Givskud Zoo. Packages with LEGOLAND tickets are valid for children under 13 years, offers to Givskud Zoo with tickets are valid for children under 12 years. For special offers and promotional tickets please refer to the websites of Legoland and Givskud Zoo.

General conditions for reservation and cancellation
Reservation - can be made online through our online booking system by telephone or by email. For online booking we credit the booking fee kr. 50,-.

Cancellation - for all reservations with prepayment a cancellation protection can be made. The insurance costs 4% of the total price of the reservation and covers cancelationup to the day before arrival in case of illness or death in the family. For detailed cancellation rules read more here.
